Laurel's Bridal Shower

Once again I was down to the wire with this one! I think I'm finally getting the hang of it all....took me FOREVER to make all the flowers-esp. the hydrangeas. I'm glad I went with the Rice Krispy Treat idea after all. And I was NOT happy when I realized that the only way I could get the daisies to "stick" to the calyx & stem was with Royal icing...*sigh* oh well it's done and I didn't actually kill anyone in the process :)

Bridal Shower Cupcakes

My friend/co-worker Sarah hosted a bridal shower for a friend of hers. She asked me to make 25 cupcakes in a black/white/dark red "vintage" theme, to match the bridal shower invitations. I was really pleased with the way these came out.

P.S. Thank you Jason for helping with the wrappers at the end :)

The cupcake wrappers are black on the outside so they looked awesome!

"Nightmare Before Christmas" Birthday Cake

My most recent cake done 11/22/09. Obviously the theme is "Nightmare Before Christmas" done for a friend of a friend for her birthday :) I loved this one it was a lot of fun!

Business Cards (Finally!)
